Service Cluster Installation on the Management Plane

Installation Procedure​

  1. Log in to the openFuyao management plane of the bootstrap node.

    Enter https://bootstrap node IP address:30010 in the address box of the browser.

    • The username is admin and the password is test@1234 for the first login. After logging in for the first time, you must change the username and password.
    • The openFuyao management plane of the bootstrap node uses the HTTPS protocol. The default web service port number is 30010.

  2. In the navigation pane, choose Cluster Lifecycle Management. A cluster list is displayed on the Cluster Lifecycle Management page. Cluster information, including the cluster name, status, and number of nodes, is provided.

  3. Click Add Cluster to the upper right of the list. The Add Cluster page is displayed.

  4. Enter related information on the page.

    AreaDescription
    Basic InformationName of the service cluster to be created.
    Master InformationInformation about the master node of the service cluster. Click Input image description to add more master nodes. Click Input image description in the Operation column to remove the added node.
    Node InformationInformation about the common nodes of the service cluster.
    Advanced SettingsBy default, the preconfigured image repository address, image repository IP address, and chart repository address are used. For online installation, the addresses of the default online repositories are used by default. For offline installation, the addresses configured for the initialized node are used by default.

  5. Click One-Click Verification in the lower right corner.

  6. After the verification is successful, click Create in the lower part to deliver the service cluster creation task.

  7. View cluster information in the dialog box that is displayed. After all the cluster information is displayed in scrolling mode, return to the cluster list page. Installing is displayed in the Status column. You can check the status later to determine whether the cluster is added.

    • If Healthy is displayed in the Status column, the cluster is added successfully.
    • If Installation failed is displayed in the Status column, the cluster fails to be added.

  8. After the service cluster is installed, log in to the openFuyao management plane of the service cluster to perform cluster management operations.

    Enter https://Service cluster IP address:31616 in the address box of the browser.

Follow-up Operations​

After the service cluster is installed, you can uninstall, upgrade, and scale up or down the cluster and view the cluster status. For details, see Cluster Lifecycle Management.
