Introduction

The openFuyao community is committed to building an open software ecosystem for diverse compute clusters, focusing on promoting efficient collaboration of cloud-native and AI-native technologies and maximizing the utilization of effective compute resources. The community release is designed based on a modular, lightweight, secure, and reliable philosophy. It is optimized based on the open-source Kubernetes platform and provides out-of-the-box containerized cluster management capabilities. It offers basic functions such as resource orchestration, auto scaling, and multidimensional monitoring, meeting O&M requirements in enterprise-level production environments.

This release adopts the "core platform+pluggable components" architecture and provides various industry-level high-value components through the built-in application market. It offers key capabilities such as hybrid scheduling of intelligent and general-purpose computing power, unified management of heterogeneous resources, dynamic intelligent scheduling, and enhanced end-to-end observability. In AI and big data scenarios, computing power affinity acceleration components are integrated to significantly improve the execution efficiency of data-intensive jobs.

Its technical highlights are as follows:

  • Heterogeneous convergence: Pooling of diversified computing power and unified interface abstraction are supported to converge heterogeneous hardware resources.
  • Intelligent scheduling: AI-driven dynamic resource allocation policies are used to achieve optimal cross-cluster resource utilization.
  • Scenario adaptation: Enhanced suites for vertical scenarios, such as AI training and inference acceleration, and big data analysis and optimization, are provided, making service deployment easier.
